Alright this is how a living wall looks but im sure we can make one for way cheap.
first you need a material that is mold resistant and can hold water.
then buy mesh for water irrigation put a small strip at the very back of each chamber so that the water will flow to the bottom levels."dont put this strip on the very bottom!" Then at the top make a irrigation "tunnel cut in half for water to flow through" with holes over each of the containers on the top level make the holes small so that it wont flow to quickly.
