1.Blend 10 drops of your chosen essential oil in 7 tablespoons water. Put the ingredients in a spray-bottle (one used for plants is fine) and shake well before spritzing around the home. Try lavender essential oil for calm, orange and bergamot for freshness, and lemon and pine to add a great scent to kitchens and bathrooms.


2.A cup of white vinegar added to the wash can keep fabrics bright.

Note: DO NOT USE IN ADDITION TO BLEACH because the resulting fumes are hazardous.

3.ROOM DEODORIZER
a quick and easy tip: set out a container of baking soda, cedar chips, cinnamon, and cloves in your room.

4.AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING DETERGENT
Combine 250 ml borax with 125 ml baking soda. Works reasonably well and is phosphate free.

5.BRASS AND COPPER POLISH
Make a paste with lemon juice and baking soda. Rub on with a soft cloth, then rinse well and dry.

6.FABRIC SOFTENER
Add 50 ml white vinegar to the final rinse cycle.

All right this is some new ones i have not tried yet but by the end of this week "it's friday" i will do the laundry tips. And when i can afford it i will buy the oils for air freshener.
